You're 2 levels below all enemies. Why would you even consider the hard raid?

I think one of the fastest teams did it with 2 31s...so... I'd do it as far as I could for my last character because double drops. Double drops = more chances for gear I need.

No they were 32. They switched to 31 after

We're at crota with a 31 who's never done the raid period, so...yea it can be done.
