As a level 31 I can say that I'm not ready for a hard mode raid. I don't blame any 32 for not wanting to take 31's it's how the game works.
Regardless of how good a 31 is they will die sooner and do way less damage.
I'm waiting until my warlock is ready for hard mode. Maybe all 31's should focus on leveling up and getting ready rather than being mad about it.
I don't want to be carried through a raid. I want to hold my own.

This, right here. While the game is skill based, there is still a stats component. Your level 31 is noticeably less effective than the 32's. In a hard mode raid, with all the other crap going on, the last thing a fireteam wants is a guy who can't even lay out mobs properly. I'll wait until I'm 32 so I can be as effective as possible.

I agree. I was invited to a hard mode raid yesterday but I turned then down because I know I would drag them down. Besides the fact that I'm only 31 I'm just not that good at the raid yet lol
