We tried to run the hard raid last night with a 31... a very skilled 31 who we have played with a lot. He was away the last two weeks for work and did not get all the armor needed to be 32 (he got the last piece last night though). He only really held us back at the bridge part where we had to have him go across and drop the sword for someone else to pick up. Other than that, he held his own.

It sounds terrible. It really just seems artificially hard by throwing a shear amount of crap at you at once. Sadly, this is the design I expected. Nothing in this game is hard. It just gets you overwhelmed.

The enrage timer is the dumb part... every thing else could be managed if we didn't have a ridiculous time limit.
