Dear Flood, I normaly never ask for "dating advice"...
...But I thought this wasn't really asking for advice, just asking for your opinion.
Anyways, should I ask this girl out the next chance I get (perhaps in a day or two could be my next chance) or around Valentines day?

Always as soon as you can. Like...immediately. Yes...you may be rejected, potentially very often with this tactic, BUT...it's a numbers game. Your chance of success will grow with each rejection! Or let them come to you. *keeps straight face*
