I'm a level 31 and beat half of the Hard Raid.
Fight me.
32s are more optimal, but it can be done with 31s.

Try doing Crota with 31s, Im not even sure its possible unless you have atleast one 32.

Crota is nigh-impossible with 32s. That is the one part where if there are 31s, they need to be hiding and only OCCASIONALLY pop out to take down Crota's shields.
