Insurmountable Skullfort
Improved Transfusion. The perk reads that kills with Storm Fist immediately trigger health regen. The ability Transfusion in the Striker skill tree reads that Storm Fist AND Shoulder charge do this. So my question is, is the Insurmountable Skullfort's perk supposed to be the same, or is it ONLY regular storm fist that will regen?

It works with both shoulder charge and storm fist. Just like the transfusion ability.
