Extremely low on sapphire wire :(
Im a lv29 hunter and ive come across a problem. What is the best way to obtain sapphire wire? every time i dismantle an uncommon it only gives me 1 and every rare it only gves me 3 or 4. after 1 or 2 defense upgrades, i run out extremely fast. is there a way to get tons of rare hunter armor or sapphire wire?

I just run the roc playlist for blue engrams. Not only do you get those materials but you have a chance to get ships, legendary engrams, exotics, and you can work on leveling guns/armor up if needed.
