Extremely low on sapphire wire :(
Im a lv29 hunter and ive come across a problem. What is the best way to obtain sapphire wire? every time i dismantle an uncommon it only gives me 1 and every rare it only gves me 3 or 4. after 1 or 2 defense upgrades, i run out extremely fast. is there a way to get tons of rare hunter armor or sapphire wire?

Best way to do this is grind the ROC Strike Playlist. You should see more blue engrams and gear drop. Also if you can, level the blue gear up through bounties before breaking them down. You can get up to 5 wire if they're maxed.
