The Vex Mythoclast should destroy its user if they shamelessly attempt to use it in the Crucible.
I just played an irritating match with one guy camping with his shotgun all match long and the other Mythoclap'ing all match long to the top of the leaderboard.

Crucible isn't balanced. Everything is OP. Vex is just one gun. No more busted than TLW, Thorn, any fusion rifle, the sticky grenades, tracking grenades, offensive supers, or anything else.
