Does anyone know a way to get light armor??

I have been looking for a way to get light armor. Everytime I do the vanguard strikes I get worse armor than I have. I'm level 24, do I have to start buying my armor not finding it? Someone help please

Keep grinding. You start getting better drops the higher you get. Around 28 it gets a little easier. Youll hit that 30 wall to though. Lol. Dont forget your daily prayers to rnGesus.
