Badger CCL vs Another NITC

I'm looking for a new Vanguard scout and wondered about people's thoughts on the above guns. Currently using B Line Trauma and before that Gheleons Demise - I like both for different reasons. Any users of CCL or NITC got any opinions - they would be much appreciated.

My NiTC has firefly, explosive rounds and outlaw. Love it! As for Vanguard I would still go for NiTC. But both are good
