Toland was obsessed with the hive and all their practices, I am obsessed with the fallen, who are you obsessed with? Who do you want to know inside and out?
Post why below.
Here's some of my theories on them:
Fallen
they have an amazing hierarchy of royalty. If you didn't know the dregs are actually just vandals with their arms cut off. The captain's are just vandals with better gear. I assume barons are just captains that hold land. The Kell may be equivalent to a king, but I'm unsure.
So what made them scavengers? What made them fall? Was it us? The traveler? The darkness?
Hive
they exist outside death! They are not born into life, nor do the pass on from it. They are simply created and destroyed.
And horrifyingly, created again.
Vex
computing organic robots. Who created them? The precursors? The darkness? The traveler? Are they trying convert all organic life into their hybrid like?
Will we be able to defeat them?
Cabal
these brutal soldiers are easily holding their own against one of our greatest enemy, the vex. Who do they fight for? I've read grimoire that stated some merely fear their command while others follow.
Traveler
is it evil? Is it just misunderstood?
Will it be our salvation our destruction?
Come check out the collective of knowledge and discuss the lore of all these and more!

Edited by FIRSTx2xKILL95: 4/11/2015 9:35:40 PMThey become captains and kells when consuming more ether there a rationed food so dregs get close to nothing vandals get something and captains and archons kells get a dumb load which is why they grow in to that size I Love the fallen as well they remind me of the covenant from halo but the hive are really interesting as well :)

Vex is my obsession. My favourite guardians are Kabr and Toland.

I'm obsessed with one day wringing the Queen's Brother's neck for being such a despicable and hate able dude.
-
Fallen, I have always liked the honorable, or those who were once honorable.
-
I'm interested in the Vex. There are some EXTREMELY interesting grimiore cards on them. The kinda stuff that if you actually think about it for too long your head explodes.
-
Vex. Especially if you read the grimoire on them. I think they will play a much large part in the next game. It talks a lot about how they can run simulations and how the people might be in one In the grimoire.'in the opening cinematic of the game you see the 3 cosmonauts walking away from the spaceship an as they walk the scenery is constantly changing. Are we in the game being simulated? Also the stranger talks about how she comes time and time again and sees the same people dead...sometimes herself. She also says when we first meet her on Venus they(vex) brought us here. Maybe that doesn't mean physically, but brought us into the simulation. Anyway it's just a theory and I especially love the vault lore and kabr.

Taylor Swift. Oh sorry, you mean in game..

The Vex because they worry me the most.

1) Vex. The grimoire card about the scientists trapped in some kind of reality loop is just too fascinating. 2) War Minds. The card where Rasputin lays waste to a whole skirmish between the Cabal and Vex... we know so little about them, but they appear to be incredibly powerful. Which makes the fact of their defeat even more curious...

the fallen have four strong arms. so many positions eue
-
The Vex and Hive, they seem the most alien to me. I couldn't just choose one.
-
The fallen Ive been scouring for clues on the next Dlc Ive already found one, a Grimore card written by a dreg lists many objects such as human limbs and bones and machines and such At the end of the card it says that the lister was an abomination with a thousand arms Basically a fallen who build himself armor out of the things it found, thats one scary enemy

I have an interest in killing the queens brother....

Vex, hands down.
