Did RNG troll me? ._.
So I just maxed out OM and had about 60-70 Motes and decided to waste them all buying Exotic Engrams so that I could get some Exotic Shards. As I went to our favorite blue man and guess what I get?
A higher Base Strength and Intellect OM. I won't lie. I bought my old OM from Xür last time he sold it...(last week?) and this time it was from an engram...but with higher stats.
Wtf?

And if he sells it again it will have higher stats
