There is no ice on Uranus. It is a gas giant. The heavier the gas, the closer to the center mass of the planet it is. Water vapor is very heavy compared to most gases. If there was any water, ice, or water vapor on Uranus, it would be extremely far down in the atmosphere where the atmospheric pressure would be so great that it would be far to hot to even be water, let alone ice.
I'm not trying to be a jerk to you. I have a strong feeling you made this thread (which is not yours by the way) in order to let slip a double entendre involving Uranus.
