Here is some info on that in case it got burried by the forums.
This was discovered by a reddit user during a bug and was later removed off the forum but later reposted on major news sites, so its hardly new info, but Christmas noobs weren't aware they were being lied to by Bungie, so I just wanted to remind them that House of Wolves DLC is already on your Destiny Disk, it just doesn't have any enemies.

For accuracy purpose, These areas do exist and people were able to glitch into them, but their entrances may have been patched already? Also, about the levels in the screenshots. I am assuming the levels are lower, because this was meant to be released with the full game, but now the mission and strike levels will be 10 levels higher, so 32 instead 22 for example. These are not fake by the way.
P.S. The entire Destiny the Game is 40 GB total. Just FYI. The Expansion is 3 missions, 1 raid, 1 or 2 strikes, and 4+ pvp maps. That will be a very small download comparatively. So please if you choose to post criticism, make it constructive.

Who gives a crap! People blow this way out of proportion... Yea certain graphics and placeholder items and locations are there, so what!? If you think the entire DLC with nothing different added is on your Disc, then you're an idiot. We're all going to have some sizable download in the near future with the heart of the DLC on it... Stop crying!

I want to remind you that the Destiny DISC (not disk) acts like a key into the Destiny universe. Destiny is an online game. There's not much ok you disc. Did you get pissed off when you couldn't play around Xmas time? Guess what? The servers were hacked and down. If destiny wasn't an online game, you would've been able to play it fine.

4 RepliesI don't know why ppl are so butt hurt about not getting enough content. Cod gives you 4 mp maps and ppl bend over and hand the company 20 dollars every time. BUNGIE is giving you raids, strikes, missions, mp maps, weapons, armor, etc. appreciate it once and a while.

4 RepliesMost of that if not all of it has already been patched. Bungie has now said that at anytime they may change certain aspects of the HoW, including the release date of March now potentially being a May release, depending on what is reworked and potentially added. I hope it's March as waiting until May, may put the nails in the coffin for this game. If they wait until May there better be a substantial amount of shit that would knock the ball out of the park or I can see this game going into the tank with cement boots!
