I never heard of her controlling gods that could build galaxies. All of starwars takes place in a single galaxy. Precursors are beyond that scale.
You could bring up celestials but we don't know anything about them

The vong species are from another galaxy. They are capable of intergalactic travel with just biotechnology.

Abeloth is a celestial and she can control anything that can't resist her through the force easily, their status doesn't matter.

Exactly "the galaxy" Pretty much the power of everything in starwars is large enough to effect a single galaxy. The celestials had the power to move solar systems. While the precursers powers and size extended multiple galaxies that they could build themselves.

We know the Celestials had relations with Yuuzhan Vong so obviously they were past the Galaxy, and Abeloth is a celestial

They still don't have anything that can build and destroy whole galaxies. Is she really a celestial though? I thought that they were more powerful than that
