Abeloth is a celestial and she can control anything that can't resist her through the force easily, their status doesn't matter.

Thats speculation though. She's never shown that she can control that many things that spread across multiple galaxies either

Exactly "the galaxy" Pretty much the power of everything in starwars is large enough to effect a single galaxy. The celestials had the power to move solar systems. While the precursers powers and size extended multiple galaxies that they could build themselves.
