Could someone draw captain Canada or at least their idea of what he would look like

Their initial claim to fame was the 2010 defeat of a notorious band of American holdouts from the Vietnam War; draft dodgers who fled to Canada in the mid 60s and never got the news that the war had ended. Still fearing the draft, these merciless hippies would descend from the hills and ransack small Canadian towns in search of toilet paper, organic foods, world peace, and marijuana (not usually in that order). The locals who noticed them described the holdouts as "slightly irritating". Captain Canada raided their hideout and massacred the lot of them while they were deep within a chemically-induced meditative slumber, for which he was knighted.
