I dunno, I've seen a few hunters running around the tower with it and I still think it just looks silly. Maybe if the glow effect on the class items was more of the "Hive green" (the color of Thrall's eyes) then it would look better. I just don't like the luminous teal color at all. When I finally beat Crota on hard my Glowhoos will be vaulted with all my other unused shaders.

Legit opinion but maybe you'll change your mind when you see it on one of your own chars ;)

Maybe, but I doubt it. My only interest in beating hard mode is for The Word of Crota, I could not care less about the shader or other weapons.

I have it and I'm not sure yet (trying not to jump to conclusions) but it might be disappointing. I'll have it maxed out in an hour or so so I'll have an informed opinion. I'm just not a fan of explosive rounds (compared to firefly), am not a fan of the iron sights, and phantom gift is sort of a weak perk. Low impact too. That said, it's void which is sweet, has a really high Rof, and does pretty good damage, so the jury is still out but I can already tell you it's not fatebringer 2.0. Maxed out my fang of ir Yut and holy crap is that thing bad ass. You should strive for that gun too imo.

Yeah, I've heard people are disappointed in it. I just collect hand cannons so that is the main reason I want it. Plus for Void burn. And yeah I mostly use hand cannons and scout rifles so I'll probably end up trying for the Fang too. I only just got my first Fatebringer last week, so now that it's maxed I think I'll be using it for a while.
