When I did VoG on hard with my friend and some randoms. Got nothibg but shards / energies. We kill atheon (mind you, we hadn't done it on normal yet.) Three people in my party get exotics and two get legendaries. My friend ended up with Mythoclast and Hardlight on his very first run. You know what I got? Timebreaker and energy.
