Bought Ice breaker from Xur the other week since RNGesus had not seen fit to bless me with one in hours and hours of playing. Very next day I run VoG on hard and receive an ice breaker from the exotic chest. I swear this game has a sick sense of humor.
Oh and the time I got No Land Beyond from a roc strike and then 2 days later got a No Land Beyond from crucible.
