Just be really bad at the game and you'll get them.
I refuse to believe Crucible fully uses RNG because it definitely seems like the bottom players tend to get more rewards.

We all had between a 1.5 and 6.0 KD. The random had a 0.26 (somewhere in that range) and not one of us received a reward but he received the Gally!

literally dude me and my friends topped the leaderboards all 2.0 kd of course some fag with .64 gets the last word.

For my friend, the 4 he's seen drop all three went to the bottom 3 players (him getting gjallahorn and hawkmoon in under 2 hours while being bottom 3)
