I browse this forum fairly often because I enjoy Destiny and like to see what people have to say about it. But more often then not, the forum is filled with complaints about the game itself and/or bashing others based on rank or accomplishments. I'm proposing that we all take a quick break from that and show a bit of respect and gratitude to one another and the creators of this game. Concerning the game: I'm no Bungie expert, but it sounds like these designers, writers, programmers, editors, artists, and managers had a great vision for this game. In fact, they made trailers that showed us an amazing product. Then, when Activision came along, something shifted and now the product seems a bit forced and unfinished. Now, I'm not going to try and start any debates about playing value vs. expectations vs. false advertisement, but I do want to try and put things in perspective for all of us. I know this game can be frustrating. I know it seems like certain things should be fixed when the company had a budget bigger than the GDP of Africa to work with. But, at the end of the day... The game is fun. It gives us a chance to socialize with people we've never met, use teamwork to do things like raids and strikes, and has fairly fun multiplayer. I know for a fact everyone on this board enjoys the game, or else you wouldn't be reading this. Don't get me wrong, I've had my fair share of Chatterwhites at the end of VOG, but I don't think burning the roof we're standing under is a good approach to take with the game. Instead, let's be thankful for what we have. I know I wasn't the only one that was tired of call of duty/ Halo for the past 10 years. Concerning other players: Respect others. I honestly don't care if you're a level 1, a level 32, live in your mom's basement, or if you have 4 kids and a full time job. The purpose of this game is for us to form a community and have fun together. There is really no need for us to feel superior to one another based on stats and insult others based on what we assume their lifestyle is. Respect the people that made this game for us. Respect others that play the game. And above all else: remember it's just a game. :) TL;DR Deflategate
