Of the 8 I've personally seen drop 5 went to the top 3 on the team, myself getting hawkmoon off a 21/7 control match where I ranked 1st.
For my friend, the 4 he's seen drop all three went to the bottom 3 players (him getting gjallahorn and hawkmoon in under 2 hours while being bottom 3)
