As long as the person isn't just sitting at spawn, I don't care what they do. I don't mind people killing enemies, obviously they have a reason for it. Every now and then I stop to kill Hydras on the Archon Priest, so I understand why people stop to kill stuff. Keep in mind that they bought this game too and strikes force you to go into matchmaking. Perhaps they want to play differently than rush through it all.
