You are the type of people I report and then make you finish the strike for me....or I just leave and restart a new strike and hope I end up with an actual team of helpful people.

Right report them ,then watch as they kill the boss for you since they're in hurry.

most people do it like this to save time, to get to the loot, after all most people in strikes are only doing it or the loot roll at the end.
