The problem here is that he has no right to force others to play as he does.
If you want to run a head, do it, I don't care. I do it myself sometimes. But I, and many other here apparently, draw the line at pulling other players a head with you as the OP describes.
They may be farming glimmer. They just might like shoosting all the things. Either way, its up to them how they play and not the OP.

I'm not forcing you to do anything. You can run ahead and kill or run by any and everything your little heart desires, I know it can be done because I've done it many, many times. Just don't intentionally die to force others to play how you would want them to. Because technically, they're the ones playing the strike the way it was intended, not you.

I agree it is a dick move, I wont lie, I have done it to. But only to people who AFK at the beginning, leaving me to clear out the first part of the Strike. I cannot stand AFKers so I kill myself to push them up and allow enemies to just keep killing them over and over for being AFK.

Oh, you misunderstand me...give AFK'ers hell, they deserve it. I'm talking more about forcing other well-intentioned players to play how you want and not how they want.
