I rarely see a rusher. Mainly cause if you don't suck you can kill them quickly.
Also I guarantee you are wrong about you being the majority.

I guarantee you are wrong, every strike I do is full of random players that dont mozy about and the occasional wait at the start do nothing. Hardly ever is there a slowpoke to deal with.

Maybe you can't kill them fast? Ever think that's why you think killing enemies is the same as slow. I hate to insult but it's not hard to sweep an area in a minute or two.
