You are the one who thinks you can solo the boss. The ones who like to take their time will get to the boss when they do, not when you want them to. You are not the boss of the whole strike team and if you really are that stuck up than just invite two other that also like to speed run instead of joining randoms.

No but I do believe you are. You don't like people to prevent you from playing the way you want but you find it perfectly fine to prevent others from playing the way they want. That is called a double standard. So if you really don't want people to prevent you from playing the way you want than you should also not prevent others from playing the way they want. Simple.
