Do you need to beat the SoB Crota on hard? on PS4

I have fully upgraded gjallarhorn and I am a titan with maxed out defender class. I'm looking for a GOOD team that has completed the raid before. This is my final character I need to beat Crota hard on and no one I have partied up with seems to know what they're doing. ADD TheCrimsonBeast if you can help me finally beat Crota.
