So annoying. I do strikes as an all inclusive way to earn marks, glimmer, bounties, and mess around with new guns I'm not familiar with.
Warp me to the boss. I'll spend the next ten minutes running around, dancing, pointing, and sitting on your ghost if you die doing half revives.
Solo it. Awesome! I get rewarded for taking a piss break and making a sandwhich.
Fail and leave strike after 3-4 deaths. Cool your speed run just clocked 7 more minutes and you don't get crap.
What about the innocent 3rd guy who just wants to play you ask? No sympathy. The "might as well since I'm here." Way of thinking allows this to remain popular....
.....Even though it makes no sense. More strikes = more rewards = more powerful character for the enemies you never fight?

I think your last paragraph sums up the futility of speed running strikes in a nutshell.

Right? Honestly it just bugs me because I shouldn't be forced to play the game someone else's way. Why can't they post a LFG and do it with two others who want to speed run?

Edited by xOuch: 1/27/2015 8:12:03 AMAhh the guy that runs around not helping with the boss. I just use my black hammer and kill it quicker than it would have died had you tried to help. Usually noobs like yourself spraying their auto rifle at the boss puts off my consistent precision shots, but when you act like a noob I can get the boss done in no time. And then I'll go to orbit and search for a better fire team, of course reporting you for inactivity and being unhelpful and then blocking you so we never match up again. That's how little your nooby efforts mean. It merely ensures I match up with better players next time.

By better do you mean those that speed run. Yeah that don't actually mean they are better, surely your not that stupid to think speed runners automatically equal better players?

I'm not a noob. Watch your mouth you -blam!-ing Xurner. Check my stats!! I'm better then- blah, blah, blah. How's it going there buddy. You seem hungry. When's the last time someone fed you?
