In the beginning of the game after the intro mission, Ghost (Peter Dinklidge) says "and this is where the Guardians live." We don't even have rooms to stay in to actually call "home". We live on a roof, hundreds of feet in the air, outside....Guardians are idolized, but we don't have rooms to stay in? If you actually jump off the tower you can see some windows just in the center. GTA V did it right by having people stay in apartment, but Guardians don't have rooms on this massive tower?
