I've been waiting a good few months for a reply from Bungie or anyone for that matter. I seem to be the only person in the world with this problem. Every time I load up the game it says error code wasp like 14% into the update, take note I bought the season pass and cannot use any of it's bonuses including the raid and the maps. I've tried everything. If someone comments saying turn off your router I will string them up. Bungie just fix this. I'm dying here. Please.

This will occur if you're download speed is to slow or you need to uninstall and reinstall Destiny.

Have you set port forwarding options correctly? Check the Xbox live or psn forums for the correct settings for your setup.

No amount of power cycling fixes it for me so I always uninstall/reinstall the game, usually a couple of times. Today that doesn't even seem to be fixing it. I love Destiny, but this almost isn't worth it anymore.

Seriously bro power cycle your modem, console, and router. Leave each unplugged for 15 minutes. Then plug modem back in, router, then console
