You know it's not actually that cold on Mars.
This is due to the fact that it doesn't have a molten liquid core like earth and so doesn't have a large magnetic field surrounding it that protects it from lots of radiation like earth has.
It's also red because basically it's rusted.

I should have said durin day time there. It can reach about 20 Celsius at noon on Mars.

Correct! It can get quite warm there with ideal conditions. 'While the average temperature on Mars is about 218 K (-55 C, -67 F), Martian surface temperatures range widely from as little as 140 K (-133 C, -207 F) at the winter pole to almost 300 K (27 C, 80 F) on the day side during summer.' So if we go by averages then it's quite cold there. This is coming from a guy who lives in the North.
