Rumor is its that inquisitor chap from the show Star Wars Rebels, but reworked

So, you know the new film is set about 30 years after Return of the Jedi, right? And the guy that plays Kylo Ren, the new Bad guy, is around 30 or so. I don't think there's gonna be a lot of crossover from Rebels to the new films.
