Sword vanishing more today?

Our clan has down Hardmode Crota about 4 times now. Today we went to kill him after reset and we have had the sword vanish at least 10 times. Is this happening a lot today to anyone else?

We've had knights coming in through the force field glass at the start, they just walk right through and kill people. What a glitch!
