EV-30 Tumbler Sparrow Not Found

So i bought the Expansion Pass on 10/6/2014 and with that i was supposed to receive the EV-30 Tumbler Sparrow. However the post master or anyone has nothing for me. Can someone from Bungie please assist me on this? Thanks.

Did you check with Tess? Tess has the Sparrow, not the Postmaster.
