I think i got mine somewhere between 20-30 completions

On Xbox from launch until November I had well over 25 completions before I got one. Still, between 2 consoles, have never gotten a Praetorian foil. And only recently have gotten the Praedyth's Timepiece. Two Praetorian Foils dropped last nite to one person who, naturally, already had gotten 3 before that.
