Umm not sure you realize this but all planets have an oval shaped revolution around the sun. There is no perfect circular revolution for any astral body. Plus Pluto being a dwarf planet has nothing to with revolution and everything to do with mass. Pluto is a smaller mass than other planets hence it was downgraded.
