So I got GlowHoo. I'm pretty meh over it. It's so dull looking, especially on my hunter. Literally just my chest and boots get shaded with it and it's super blah dull. Even on the warlock it's dull.
With that said my friend decided to swap his armor around and found that it actually shines pretty bright on his Warlock Exotic chest armor. And sure enough it does. It literally looks like he's glowing. I actually like it much better than that. Unfortunately we can only wear one piece of exotic armor and there are no other light 36 armors except exotic and raid armor so I guess glowhoo really isn't going to get a chance to really shine "pardon the pun".
Bungie, why on earth would you give us a hard raid shader but make it look so terrible on the raid armor that it is meant to be worn with?
EDIT: Here's a video that explains exactly what I'm talking about. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UeJdqGYlqa8

Ugh, it's the worst on the Titan. At least it seems to sort of "glow" on the Warlock and Hunter. The only part that does this on the Titan is the collar area.

Edited by Mobulary: 1/29/2015 6:41:36 PMAnother cloak to consider for the Hunter is All My Victims Cloak from Lord Shaxx. Not quite as ridiculously bright as Shattered Vault, but still glowy!

If you are talking about the way it looks on level 18 green gear thats what I would like myself.

Looks great on the warlock and not bad on the titan. Hunter is dependent on what cloak you wear. You can't judge based on the App either. Looks totally different in game.
-
Try the Shattered Vault Cloak.

I think the raid armor itself is very dull looking. The one from Vault had some character to it. And yeah this colour just sucks.
-
Yet your Hunter is still wearing it, "over it".

On hunters wear motm and certain capes it looks very glowy nay radioactive
