Frankly, that's kinda the point. Blowing the whining so far out of proportion is how you get the message across. Well-reasoned arguments seem to do nothing to deter the trolls from polluting threads with BS. Heck, some people here didn't know it was satire, that's how bad these earnest but illegible and uncouth posters can be.
