Hallo fellow guardians, This week i found 2 legendary scout rifles. First the S. Rapier and Today the Badger CCL. Both with some different perks then the ones u can buy. My knowledge to perks goes so far that i know a bit what they do, But have no clue what would be optimal. So is there someone with the knowledge who could explain me whats the best out of the 2?
