RNGeesus did it, not me!.. Besides it's all or nothing, they can't go 'KILL EVERYTHING- Except joe over there. Joe is my man, my bud. He rules' Only exception is oneself or anybody with a power that effectively makes them immune. They have to be o the planet as well I do believe.
