Games that live up to their hype?
What games that came out recently, or relatively recently actually SUCCEEDED in living up to the hype that was built up before release?

Edited by DjNormal: 1/30/2015 7:05:49 AMAliens Colonial Marines. Yup, I said it. I loved that game. I know I'm in the [i][b]small[/b][/i] minority there. The game itself wasn't all that great. But honestly, for a long time Aliens fan, getting to wander around on a canonical Sulaco and Hadley's Hope made me very happy. So I was probably their target audience of 35-45 year olds who play video games and still love the movie after all these years (and probably have it on VHS, DVD, DVD special edition and Blu-ray).
