If a warlock uses "Energy Drain" in combination with "Surge" the movement speed will be boosted, but if the player continues to sprint after the "Surge"-timer has expired, the movement speed will drop to a level that is below the original level (without "Surge"). So the player will be slower than usual until he stops to sprint and starts again.
