Folklore Entity Physiology
User takes on traits and abilities of Folklore Entities of surrounding areas, may require a population of people to believe in said entity to activate, possibly an exponential effect if more people do in fact believe in it.
Limited to the ideas of folklore creatures of regional locations and cannot take on traits of creatures from world-wide religions.

Nah, that's more like reverse Cause power. You make it so effect comes before the cause, so if you attack the person is already attacked, but it doesn't happen unless you plan on punching them in the first place, but the effect has already gone through so it can't be dodged but you didn't do it yet, so your actual punch does nothing since the effect has already happened, but you have to do the punch otherwise the effect never wouldl've happened.
