Black Hammer - White Nail needs to be better
Black hammer is great and all, but that perk needs to be better. Simply put:
1. Reduce the amount of precision shots needed
Or
2. Increase the magazine size
Or
3. 1 precision shot = 1 round of ammo back into the mag
Just my thoughts, I'm sure everyone will have their own opinion and my ideas may not be so great but w/e idc.

I don't have Black Hammer so my opinion is based only off seeing others with it. The gun seems balanced and fair. I haven't personally seen anybody break the game with it. Now if you're going to use it you should tell your teammates tho. In a random strike I usually don't check others weapons or armor( unless you do or have something that gets my attention) so we don't aggro the target and you miss your shot.
