Bungie will probably release a level 33 version of VOG this summer. They're masters at keeping the grind alive and they know that they have several long months to fill between HOW and Comet.
...and with very little material to do it with.

You win. Why blow their wad now when they can recycle VoG at some slow point with upgraded guns/armor. It will be like releasing a new raid that they don't actually have to build. And we know how much bungie likes recycling.

Does make a good point. I feel they will make max level versions so this summer we have more customization. When comet drops in September the base level will be raised from 20 to 30 so our levels are gunna be completely different in terms of raids
