You cant distill the mercury in water cuz its part of its base components

no its not. you have to be REALLY dumb or REALLY uneducated to not know that neither the H or the O in H2O is murcury. H is the symbol for hydrogen, while O is the symbol for oxygen. H2O is water, it's not requiring mercury for anything.
