As a Hand Cannon toting Warlock, Angel of Light is a useful buff. Some don't like it because it makes you an immobile target while you are aiming. I must disagree with this. If used only for a split second to make a mid-air headshot, you aren't immobile enough for even players in the Crucible to hit you. Plus, it gives you an agility buff.
